With the move from Heidelberg to Mannheim’s industrial harbour, Kraftanlagen Energies & Services is paving the way for further growth in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.
Open day on 30 September offers residents and potential applicants an opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the Building Services business unit at the Mannheim site.
On September 1ˢᵗ 2023, the Heidelberg branch of Kraftanlagen Energies & Services changed location! The company is leaving its old home in Heidelberg and is now serving its customers in the central region from its new location at Rudolf-Diesel-Str. 42 in Mannheim.
With a total area of 450 square metres, the new office building of the Building Services business unit in Mannheim’s industrial harbour offers space for around 20 modern workstations as well as a generous storage area.
“The new office space will enable us to continue to grow and present ourselves as an attractive employer in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. In addition, the layout offers our colleagues the opportunity for intensive cooperation and mutual exchange, but also enough space to withdraw for concentrated work. Thanks to the location in Mannheim’s industrial harbour, we are close to our customers and benefit from a good combination of office and storage space.” explains Christoph Achatz, Head of the Building Services Business Unit at Kraftanlagen Energies & Services.
And the company is looking to grow further: it is currently looking for project managers (m/f/d) for its Mannheim office, as well as specialists in fire protection and electrical instrumentation and control.
At an open day on September 30ᵗʰ from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., potential applicants and interested members of the public will have the opportunity to visit the new offices and get to know Kraftanlagen Energies & Services better in short guided tours. Refreshments will also be provided.
With the move to Mannheim, Kraftanlagen is not only moving into the immediate vicinity of important key accounts, but is also returning to its roots. The company’s 100-year history began in 1928 with the construction of Europe’s first “100 atmosphere plant” at the large power station in Mannheim. Today, the Kraftanlagen Group implements state-of-the-art processes and technologies throughout Europe, offering individual and sustainable solutions that are energy-efficient and thus essential for the success of the energy transition.
As a versatile and experienced partner for energy, industry and building technology with over 2,000 employees, Kraftanlagen Energies & Services has, in addition to the new location in Mannheim and the headquarters in Munich, numerous other locations throughout Germany – for example in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Dresden and Nierstein.
