Site expansion offers 100 additional state-of-the-art workplaces on almost 2,300 m²
New building brings together Kraftanlagen´s’ engineering and construction expertise under one roof in an attractive, state-of-the-art work environment
Together with numerous representatives from regional politics and business, Kraftanlagen Energies & Services GmbH and its subsidiary ECM celebrated the inauguration of their new office building at the Haiming site near Burghausen last Thursday. In a festive ceremony, Wolfgang Beier, Mayor of Haiming, Alfons Weber (CEO of Kraftanlagen Energies & Services GmbH ), Mario Vouilleme (Head of Business Unit Industry), Dr. Mickael Planasch (Head of Engineering and Managing Director of ECM Ingenieur-Unternehmen für Energie- und Umwelttechnik GmbH), Florian Obermayer (Head of Commercial Management) and Florian Stöger (Head of Plant Construction & Service) cut the symbolic ribbon to officially open the building for use. Pastor Peter Meister and Pastor Dr Diethard Buchstädt also gave their Christian blessing to the new premises.
In a construction period of about two years, a new building for about 100 modern workplaces was built next to the previous company building on an area of almost 2,300 m². “13 years after our first move here in Haiming, we are taking the next logical step and celebrating the inauguration of our new office building. With this building we have tried to reconcile functionality and modern office life as well as environmental aspects. Values such as teamwork, transparency, equality and modern office design were the basis for this,” says Mario Vouilleme, Head of the Industry Business Unit based in Haiming.
From here, the Industry business unit not only serves many local customers such as OMV Germany, Wacker Chemie Burghausen, Siltronic and Vinnolit, but also projects all over the world.
For ChemDelta Bavaria, Kraftanlagen is one of the most important/largest employers in the region, with around 350 employees on site and almost 2,000 employees in total. This was also acknowledged by Haiming’s first mayor, Wolfgang Beier, in his speech: “Kraftanlagen came to our industrial park in 2010 as a pioneer company. Since then, the company has grown strongly and has now added another big, strong sprout with the new building. The opening of Kraftanlagen’s new building today is a very, very important sign for the community of Haiming and for the entire region. By investing, by looking ahead, by getting things moving and by expanding the site, Kraftanlagen is sending out a signal that things are going well. This is an important signal, especially in today’s difficult times”.
As a versatile and experienced partner for energy, industrial and building technology, Kraftanlagen Energies & Services has its headquarters in Haiming and a number of other locations in Germany, Austria and Romania.
