Kraftanlagen Energies & Services will work at the site of the high-rise building complex until June 2022 because it is also responsible for its water-based services, i.e. heating, sanitary facilities and refrigeration systems. The business district, which encompasses 35 hectares in total, is scheduled to be completed in 2026. Gateway Gardens will then offer easily accessible, state-of-the-art workspaces to more than 20,000 people.
”One of the challenges of this project was that we had to work under the tough conditions of anti-COVID-19 measures. The construction is on schedule in spite of multiple lockdowns. The construction management has quickly adjusted to the new conditions. For example, video conferencing was used for most construction meetings. We also responded to other issues with great flexibility and confidence and demonstrated in the process that the customer can count on us.
