Our company has changed its legal form.
To this end, Kraftanlagen Energies & Services GmbH was first converted into a stock corporation (AG) and then into a Societas Europaea (SE). We have been trading as Kraftanlagen Energies & Services SE since 15.01.2024. As a result of the conversion, the GmbH will continue to exist as an SE. However, the conversion has no impact on existing business relationships. In particular, contracts concluded by Kraftanlagen Energies & Services GmbH will remain unchanged.
Our subsidiaries Jakob Ebling, ECM, H&R Industrierohrbau, IA Tech, IPIP and Kraftanlagen Romania will retain their original legal form.
We kindly ask you to update the change of legal form of our company in your systems and to forward it to your finance department Our new commercial register number is 290170.
